This is because they contain highly processed ingredients that "have undergone a refining process with the fiber and beneficial nutrients removed and possibly replaced with synthetic versions," which can seriously take a toll on your health over time, including "rapid sugar spikes and inflammation." That said, it's best to stick to whole grains, which also provide more fiber, meaning they'll keep you fuller for longer. It's a win-win -Situation!

2. Fries
