A Disney World employee took action in early January after suspecting that a customer he was helping over the phone was physically abused.
Orlando, Florida news channel WESH 2 reported that a Pennsylvania woman called the theme park on Jan. 9 pretending to be buying tickets. While she was on the phone, the woman could be heard shouting "Get away from me" and "Get away from me" at the outlet.
Northern York County Regional Police in Pennsylvania later confirmed to the station that the unnamed Disney employee called 911 to alert police of the situation.

Before calling the police, the Disney agent asked the caller yes-or-no questions that allowed her to explain her situation without letting her boyfriend know she was trying to get help.
When the employee asked if the caller was actually trying to book a vacation, she replied "No," the police told WESH 2. The booker also reportedly asked if someone had injured her and if she needed to send law enforcement to her home. She reportedly replied "yes" to both questions.
When police arrived at the scene, the woman told authorities that she and her boyfriend, 38-year-old Wayne Shiflett, had argued over his job selling fire extinguishers.
She told him at the time that she wanted him to get a "real job," and he responded by grabbing her neck, hitting her, and threatening to kill, according to Fox 43 from Pennsylvania.
Shiflett has been arrested and charged with strangulation, terrorist threats, simple assault and harassment.
