A.J. Brown laughs off $12,000 fine for throwing football into stands

Titan's Broad Receiver A.J. Brown threw the soccer ball in the stands after scoring a touchdown against the Lions on Sunday. In the NFL, that's an expensive thing for a player.
Brown was fined $ 12,000 for throwing the ball in the stands, but he joked about it on Twitter today.
"12 km for soccer last week," wrote Brown. "Let's see how much I can get the fine. I want the NFL to rename this rule after me, tbh lol."
The NFL has a standard fine schedule agreed between the league and the players' union. This includes throwing the ball in the stands as a violation, resulting in a fine of $ 7,000 for a first offense and $ 12,000 for a second offense. The concern within the league is that there could be safety issues with fans running and jumping for a thrown football.
Brown indicated in subsequent tweets that he might be able to stop throwing the ball in the stands. At $ 12,000 per inhabitant, that's probably wise.
