Adam Driver Transforms Into a Centaur in New Burberry Fragrance Campaign (and the Internet Is Obsessed)

Adam Driver has taken on his most ambitious role yet - and he doesn't care what the neighbors think.
In a new campaign introducing the Burberry Hero fragrance for men, the Oscar-nominated actor, 37, swims shirtless next to a white horse in the ocean before becoming one with the majestic beast and transforming into a centaur. Since its debut, the spot - staged by Jonathan Glazer and photographed by Mario Sorrenti - has of course brought the internet into a tailspin.

“If someone asks, what is the feminine gaze? The answer is: #AdamDrivers campaign for #Burberry, ”joked one person on Twitter. (You can imagine how mad the rest of the reactions could be.)

According to a Burberry press release, the campaign "challenges traditional stereotypes of masculinity" by bringing horse and human together to create a "modern myth".
Driver embodies the spirit of the fragrance, which combines notes of bergamot, juniper, black pepper, warm cedar and more by "embracing freedom of expression and the beauty of contradictions," the press release said.

"I am very excited to be working with Burberry on the Burberry Hero fragrance campaign and with designer Riccardo Tisci to portray his first fragrance for the brand," the Marriage Story star said in a statement.
