Anderson Cooper Recalls Andy Cohen's Son Benjamin Microwaving His Son Wyatt's Talking Teddy Bear
Andy Cohen's son Benjamin Allen gave Smokey Bear a new meaning.
While appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live !, CNN presenter Anderson Cooper on Thursday, he opened regular weekend hangouts with his buddy Cohen and Cohen's son Ben, 2.
"So you really have to keep an eye on Andy's son," host Jimmy Kimmel told his guest when 53-year-old Cooper pointed out the age difference between Ben and Cooper's son Wyatt Morgan, who turns 1 later this month.
"You have no idea," said the television journalist, before starting a funny story with a talking teddy bear that Wyatt had gifted.
"My son hadn't even played with it and all of a sudden there is this smell and some smoke and we find that Andy's son took my son's bear, microwaved it, and turned it on," recalled Cooper.

"I mean, he baked the bear," continued a straightforward Cooper to the laughter of 53-year-old Kimmel and the audience. "It was in there for about 10 seconds. And literally smoke was coming out."
"Smokey the bear of course!" Kimmel quipped. "It makes sense!"
"Children do the bloody damn things," Cooper said before the host jokingly added. "Keep Wyatt away from the Cohen boy, I don't know how many times I've told you."
The Anderson Cooper 360 ° host earlier said in the conversation that Cohen, 52, and Ben come over regularly to hang out on Sundays - but Cooper suspects his friend has ulterior motives other than social.
"I was starting to realize he was just coming over because he didn't know what else to do with his son [during] these yawning chasms of time," Cooper teased the host of Watch What Happens Live.

Cooper stated that Cohen called him recently and said he would "like to do three hours" after Cooper asked what activity he wanted to do with the kids.
"He only thinks about it in blocks of time," joked Cooper. "There was one time when I said, 'I won't be here,' and he said, 'Oh no, that's fine.' He just needs a place to go! "
The proud father who will soon be a guest at Jeopardy! Will be a guest, is also preparing to celebrate Wyatt's first birthday on April 27th - but as an avowed "really bad planner" he admitted: "I haven't really planned anything yet." "
"[Wyatt] obviously doesn't know what's going on with this, so I came up with the only thing that really matters ... You know how they staged the moon landing? I'm just going to stage this," he joked. "I'm going to get a prop cake and put on a hat and have balloons and maybe hire a few people to stand around and then in years I can show him that he had a great [first] birthday party."
In all seriousness, Cooper said with a smile, "Yeah, I'll probably make some friends and have a [real] party."
