In the picture, Heidi is wearing a crop top, black bikini bottoms and a belly chain. She works out serious underboobs and her abs ... OMG. The mother of four definitely has a six-pack. (Speaking of chiseled!)
"Good luck today Germany ??", she wrote in the caption, referring to the game of the German national soccer team against France at UEFA Euro 2020. Heidi has deactivated the comments on her post, but when they are switched on, I'm 99 , 9% Sure they would be flooded with fire emojis. Because, hello.
Heidi later shared snaps on her Instagram stories of herself watching the game in the same crop top and cropped shorts and wowzer - her legs look super taut too.

Heidi has been known as "the body" all of her career and she works hard to keep him strong. She's a long time running fanatic and tells Women's Health that she really enjoys pounding the sidewalk. “I don't love running on a treadmill,” she said. “I really prefer to be outside or exercise while playing with my children. But sometimes, after walking those two miles and ticking it off the list, I'm glad I took the time. "
Heidi also increases her heart rate by doing activities like biking, dancing and trampoline jumping with her children, she told Women's Health UK.
While she used to have a more structured training plan, Heidi now just tries to train every day. "Your metabolism definitely changes when you turn 40," she told Women's Health UK. "I always thought, 'This won't happen to me.' But it happens to me. If I indulge myself more, I have to do more exercise. I've figured out what works for me. "
Heidi tries to eat healthily on a regular basis and tells Women’s Health UK that she usually avoids carbohydrates. “There is pasta, bread, chicken, fish and vegetables,” she says. “I eat everything except pasta and bread. Do i want pasta? I do. I decide not to eat it. "
But while Heidi tries to eat well, she told Women's Health that she is "not a fan" of self-depriving. "I think if you want to have a cheeseburger, you should eat that cheeseburger and enjoy it," she said. "The key to health is moderation."
