Belarus’ Lukashenko has made decision to invade Ukraine under certain conditions, expert says

"We believe that Lukashenko decided to invade," Azarov said.
"And he will only invade Ukraine under certain conditions - when he is sure of a Russian victory... Preparations are underway but there is no specific date as it is not clear if the offensive can take place in the near future."

According to the expert, the preparations are made clear by the “endless” military exercises of Belarusian troops.

“First, it's the Special Operations Forces, Air Defense, Air Force, Engineering Corps, and Electronic Warfare units; They are the first to be trained,” explains Azarov.
On November 4, Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko announced that he had no plans to send the Belarusian army to Ukraine.
