Big-Rig Driver Helps End Police Chase in California by Blocking Getaway Car

A wild chase with a California man wanted in connection with a murder ended abruptly on Tuesday when a truck driver blocked the vehicle's path, reports FOX 11 Los Angeles.
Ahmed Shabaan said he heard the police were chasing a murder suspect, so he tracked down the pickup truck and positioned his large rig truck to ensure a collision with his vehicle. "I just thought I'd get him off the street," Shabaan explained. "If I hadn't done it and [officers] had been behind him for so long and hadn't stopped him ... I have the power."
The persecution began when officers attempted to catch the suspect, who then attacked one of their agents before escaping in his pickup truck. When the suspect was taken into custody, a passenger stepped out of the vehicle with his hands up. This woman was identified as "Roxy" and released after interviewing MPs after they were led to believe she did not know he was wanted for murder.
"We were hanging out and he said he was going to help his friend in LA," said Roxy. I said, 'I'm ready to roll. Everything is good. We help your friend. "
The Riverside County Sheriff's Department would not provide details on the murder suspect's case. You can check out the persecution and its destructive conclusion in the video above.
