Bill Clinton Says He's 'Glad to Be Home' in New Video Shared After His Release from the Hospital
Bill Clinton is resting after his recent hospital stay.
The 75-year-old politician posted a video on his Twitter account on Wednesday saying he was "so touched by the flood of support" he received during his hospital stay at UCI Medical Center for a non-COVID-related illness Received infection.
"I'm really happy to be home again," he said in the clip that was shared with his 13 million followers. "I'm doing great, I'm enjoying this beautiful autumn weather."

"I'm on my way to recovery, but I want to remind everyone out there - take the time to listen to your body and take care of yourself," Clinton continued.
"We all have work to do and each of us has important roles to play in life and in the immediate future. For my part, I will do my best to continue doing the best I can for a lot longer."
The former president, who was in California for Clinton Foundation business, was admitted to the Irvine hospital last week when he began to feel tired, according to a source near Clinton.

There, he was diagnosed with a urologic infection that turned into a wider infection, the source added.
In a statement, Clinton's doctors said Dr. Alpesh Amin and Dr. Lisa Bardack that he was "given IV antibiotics and fluids" as part of his treatment for the infection.

“He stays in the hospital for continuous monitoring. After two days of treatment, his white blood cell count drops and he responds well to antibiotics, ”said the doctors. “The California-based medical team was in constant communication with the President's medical team in New York, including his cardiologist. We hope that he can go home soon. "
The former president was finally sacked on Sunday. "His fever and white blood cell count have returned to normal and he will be returning to New York to complete his antibiotic treatment," Amin said in a statement shared by Clinton spokesman Angel Ureña.
"On behalf of everyone at UC Irvine Medical Center, we are honored to have treated him and will continue to monitor his progress," the statement concluded.
