Billie Eilish said her hair is a sign of 'mental stability' after fans mocked her for keeping it green for so long

Billie Eilish responded to fans who made fun of her green hair by jokingly threatening not to bring out the new album she was working on.
Eilish commented on one of her Instagram posts: "This is the longest time I've had the same hair color since I was 13. It depends on mental stability and growth. Leave me alone. Lsjdkksjdjs."
However, Eilish also said she plans to change her hair color when her Apple TV documentary "The World Is A Little Blurry" releases in February 2021: "It's going to be the end of an era, I'm giving you a new one. "

The singer's green roots are an icon of her look, and she's worn the color for a while, but fans persistently pissed her off for her green hair. A fan commented on one of her Instagram posts saying that her "grass head needs a new color". They suggested black.
But Eilish replied with the letter: "It means to stop being depressed. Please just be happy for me."
The "Bad Guy" singer also commented, "This is the longest time I've had the same hair color since I was 13. That depends on mental stability and growth. Leave me alone."
Eilish took the jokes in a good spirit and went to her Instagram stories to be correct and humorous about the fact that she was teased about her green hair.
"F - folks. Stop making fun of me, oh my god! I'll make you an album! I won't delete it if you keep making fun of my hair. Shut up." Said Eilish.
But Eilish also revealed that the green roots won't be there forever, even though this is the longest she's ever had a hair color.
Eilish continued, "I'll change it after the doc comes out. It's going to be the end of an era, I'm giving you a new era ... I have to make announcements, I have to put some shit out." "
At the moment, Eilish jokingly asked fans to "shut up": "Leave me alone, let me live with my hair that I've had way too long, okay?"
The document Eilish is referring to is the Apple TV documentary, out February 2021, that follows her life as she writes her debut album, "When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?" Created. The documentary, titled "Billie Eilish: The World Is a Little Blurry," is directed by Emmy Award-winning documentary filmmaker R.J. Cutler and will also show Eilish's brother Finneas O'Connell.
It remains to be seen what hair color Eilish will switch to, but she has had various shades of black, blue, purple and gray before.
