Bollywood Actor Sushant Singh Rajput Dead at 34: Priyanka Chopra and More Stars React
Famous Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has reportedly died at the age of 34.
According to the Associated Press, which cited police and Indian media, actor Kai Po Che was found hanging in his apartment in Bandra, a coastal suburb in western Mumbai, India.
The death was confirmed by Mumbai police spokeswoman Pranaya Ashok, who told the Times of India that an investigation is ongoing. The Rajput PR team also confirmed the message and shared a photo of the performer on Instagram.
"Shocked and deeply sad," was the post. "No words can express the loss. Our heartfelt condolences to family and friends."
Given the news, condolences and tributes to the 34-year-old actor have flooded social media, including from Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
"Sushant Singh Rajput ... a bright young actor who left early," Modi tweeted. "He has excelled on television and in films. His rise to the world of entertainment has inspired many and has made several memorable appearances. Shocked by his death. My thoughts are with his family and fans. Om Shanti."

Actress Priyanka Chopra shared a selfie with the actor, along with nice news.

Bollywood star Akshay Kumar also shared his heartache.

The home actress Nimrat Kaur called his death a "jerk" for the industry.
"Absolutely disappointed and heartbroken for Sushant and his loved ones and family," she wrote. "I really can't believe that his journey ended with this outdated, devastating news. And professional cricketer Irfan Pathan shared his last interaction with Rajput.
"I last spoke to him at the Taj Hotel Gym," he wrote on Twitter. "I praised him for his work in Kedarnath and his answer was' Bhai, please look chhichhore 'you will love it!'"
