Brie Bella is setting the record. On Wednesday, the WWE star responded to speculation that she might be pregnant with a third child - she's mother to 4-year-old Birdie and welcomed son Buddy last August - after she posted a video of herself and twin sister Nikki who did Tote bags from their new collaboration with Colugo.
While Bella's caption says the couple is "getting ready to meet the vineyard," followed by a wine glass emoji, some fans claimed they saw the TV personality (pictured left in the sage-green dress) perform a "little one." Bump "wore.
"Baby # 3 for Brie ??" one commenter asked while another wrote, "Brie looks pregnant."
Not so, says the 37-year-old, who is married to her wrestler Daniel Bryan.
"Not pregnant, just PMSing in the photo for anyone who is wondering," she wrote in her comment section. “I'm the kind [woman] who holds back 5-7 pounds of water every month - sucks, but that's life. Also, after two caesarean sections, it is usually clear what I consumed in one day. But I have two great babies, so I'll take the extra weight and sway. Thanks."
Her comment was hugely endorsed by fans, many of whom complained that women shouldn't ask "rude" questions about their bodies.
"Why do people feel the need to ask if she is pregnant?" read a comment. "The poor girl can't even have a tiny belly without everyone suggesting she's pregnant."
"Can we normalize it not to ask women who have not announced their pregnancy if they are pregnant?" wrote another follower.
Bella previously approached her postpartum figure and even shared a photo of her "treasure marks" on Instagram.
"I definitely feel the pressure is too much to recover," she told Yahoo Life's So Mini Ways earlier this month. “For some reason, social media makes you feel like you are always your best. I wanted other women to know that the road to losing baby weight is tough and that I will stand by them in the battle] the uncertainties and pressures. I call my stretch marks treasure streaks because I got tired of looking at them as negative rather than positive. Birdie and Buddy created them and they are my everything! "
