Britney Spears' Mother Lynne Apologized To Her On Instagram, And It's Not So Great Of An Apology

On Saturday, Britney Spears posted an Instagram of this graphic, which read, "I'm not perfect."
In the caption, she spoke about how much her family hurt her by enforcing an "abusive" conservatory for 13 years.

"I can understand that my posts complaining about my past may seem consistent! It must seem like I'm having an extremely hard time letting it all go," Britney wrote. "But for me, the real problem is that to this day, honestly, my family has no conscience and genuinely believes they did nothing wrong at all."

"They could at least take responsibility for their actions and actually admit that they hurt me," she continued. "For me, only a genuine apology would help seal me but it honestly blows my mind every day of my life, even after knowing what they did to me they still act like that's okay."
"Your reaction shows that I don't have any family who appreciate or respect me — EVER! That's the hard part for me. And as much as I loved her, it's something I'll probably never be able to get over."

"When I post in these moments, I just want to speak from my heart because it's extremely difficult for me. Then I look back and I see a lot of people saying, 'Get over it.' I'm working on getting stronger."

For those of you who don't know, Britney has explained that her father was essentially the main executor of the conservatory, her sister made it possible, and her mother was the one who gave her father the idea to make it happen.
