In the video, the mother-of-four shared a slideshow of photos and clips from the past 15 years, highlighting how her body has changed over time. “By the time I was 25, I had three children. Back to back postpartum, marriage not thriving, feeling lost in motherhood and lost in my body," the Papaya Podcast host wrote.
Later in the caption, Landry shared how she changed her attitude towards her body which has led to her feeling ultimate freedom.
"...I gained weight, became more unrestrained (a.k.a. started living more freely) and opened myself to love and the possibility of living a different life. I knew postpartum would be a difficult step along the way - but I wasn't prepared for how beautiful and liberating it would all be," she said.

“This is a 15-second video for a 15-year story, and it's missing a lot of bits and pieces, nuances and imperfections. But I just hope you see one thing: that sparkle in my eyes. It's real this time. And I can't help but share it. More,” concluded the Guelph, Ontario native.
