CBS Reporter Paula Reid Asks Trump Question All Journalists Should Ask

CBS news reporter Paula Reid asked President Donald Trump a difficult question on Thursday that more journalists should ask him.
At the end of a panel discussion with the governors about the reopening of American small businesses, Reid tried to get the president to answer another very relevant question: "Why do you keep hiring people who you think are crazy and lying?" ? "

When new Covid cases in Oklahoma peaked just before Trump's rally in Tulsa, Trump told the governor of the state: "One of the reasons we chose your state was, as you know, you are with the Covid did well. You did incredibly well ... congratulations "

The question, of course, was a reference to Trump's attacks on former national security advisor John Bolton, whom he called "wacko," "dope," "incompetent," and "angry, boring fools," among others. Trump responded to flattering revelations in Bolton's upcoming book, The Room Where It Happened.
But it's not like it's a new story with the president who previously claimed he was hiring "the best people" in his administration just to insult his former employees after they left.
Reid asked another relevant question: if the White House had Bolton's book for six months before publication, why didn't he try to block the publication earlier?
Paula Reid

@PaulaReidCBS
"Mr. President, the White House had John Bolton's book for six months - why didn't you try to block it earlier?" He didn't answer why they had waited until last night to apply for an injunction when the book (and supposedly classified information) was already in the hands of many reporters.

The president ignored Reid's questions and left without answering them.
But there were many others who valued their dedication to the truth.

That is the million dollar question. Was Trump a terrible leader in hiring the people he now calls wackos and liars, or is he a terrible leader because he turned them on when they left his employee? Either way, Trump cannot lead. He is a failure!

Sometimes I dream that Trump is tied to a chair and forced to answer fantastic questions like this without being allowed to turn or change the subject.

This is not the first time that Reid has forced Trump to face hard truths that he did not want to answer.
In November 2018, Reid reviewed the President when he attempted to falsely claim that his government followed the same policy of separating migrant children from their families on the U.S.-Mexico border as former President Barack Obama.
The President also moved away from this comment without responding.

He has $ 9 billion
Donald Trump, who launched his presidential bid last June, held up his annual accounts to prove that he had a combined total of $ 9 billion.

In a tasteless boast, Trump further announced that he had declined a bank's $ 4 billion loan. "I don't need it. I don't want it. And I was there."

Fortunately, while millions of Americans continue to suffer from the effects of sluggish economic growth, Trump isn't affected. Well, that's how he makes it sound.

He gets super defensive about money
Like many of his voters, Trump always has money in mind.

But unlike those who struggle to make ends meet, Trump is more concerned with the perception of his wealth, which he believes is "over $ 9 billion."

As a writer, the real estate magnate sued him for defamation.

However, during the testimony, Trump admitted that his own estimates depend on his "feelings".

It was reported: "Yes, even my own feelings (benchmarks for my wealth) where the world is, where the world is going, and that can change quickly from day to day."

Trump has lost the defamation case.
