A final verdict was reached in the divorce from Chicago P.D. Star Jason Beghe and actress Angie Janu.
According to PEOPLE's court records, Beghe, 60, and Janu were "reassigned individual status" on September 28.
A Beghe representative did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.
The former couple, who tied the knot in 2000 and were married for 17 years, will have joint custody of their sons: Bix, 17, and Bo Bear, 13.
The exes have agreed to "participate in all major decisions relating to the health, education and well-being of minor children, including, but not limited to, schooling, religion, medical care [and] enrichment activities," the ruling reads.
Beghe and Janu were also prohibited from making "derogatory or derogatory remarks about the family members of the other or the other party" in the presence of their sons.
Between July 11th and April 30th of each calendar year, Beghe will have custody of Bix and Bo Bear on "alternating weekends, from Friday after school to Monday back to school".
