Chiefs provide update on HC Andy Reid’s condition
The Kansas City Chiefs have provided an update on the condition of HC Andy Reid.
Reid felt sick after the Chiefs' week 3 loss to the Chargers. After the game, he contacted the team, but then alerted the team's medical staff that he was not doing well. Reid reportedly left the stadium in an ambulance and was taken to the hospital.
According to the team's latest update, Reid has been examined by the team's medical staff in the chiefs' locker room. After this examination, they decided to transport Reid to the University of Kansas Health System for further investigation.
According to the team's update, Reid is fine, resting and considered stable.
At the moment, it's unclear whether Reid is still in the hospital, as the team's update was a bit ambiguous in that regard. It's also not clear what status he'll be earning for the upcoming week four game against his former team, the Philadelphia Eagles. The good news is that Reid is under expert supervision and appears to be in good health. Hopefully he'll be back in the saddle soon and help the team get back on track.
