When some fans raised concerns about her health, she announced that the procedure was to remove her breast implants. And now she's celebrating with a custom cake that marks her death.

Teigen let the fans know that everything was going well - and also shared a very delightful message from her daughter Luna about how she could "get her breasts out". “The operation went great! The note I woke up with is the absolute best part, ”she tweeted.

Don't worry - Teigen and John Legend's equally cute son, Miles, also had a message for his mother. "Couldn't miss a day longer!
