CNN's Brianna Keilar Expertly Dismantles Trump’s Idea Of Fox Sycophants As Moderators

President Donald Trump suggested this week that some of his favorite Fox News presenters - such as Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, and Tucker Carlson and others - would "fair" host a 2020 presidential debate.
During the broadcast of CNN's "Newsroom" on Friday, presenter Brianna Keilar examined how the highly unlikely scenario could play out.
"Seems like it's fun, but these are the people he flocks to, people he thinks fair," explained Keilar. "If his wish was granted and you moderated a debate, would you really press him on the government's failed response to the coronavirus?"
Keilar broadcast footage of various personalities on the widely watched conservative network campaigning for Trump to defend the government's disastrous handling of the pandemic and criticize Democratic candidate Joe Biden.
"These prominent voices on this network are clearly not going to moderate any debate other than among themselves," Keilar admitted towards the end of the 8-minute section.
"But we're showing you this because these are the people the president is listening to," she concluded. "These people give the president a daily briefing and it seems that this is what he is actually hearing."
