Comedian Andy Dick Arrested On Suspicion Of Sexual Assault Involving Man At RV Park

Andy Dick is in custody on suspicion of sexual assault at a Southern California campground in what appears to be the latest legal trouble for the embattled comedian.
Deputies from the Orange County Sheriff's Office in California were called to O'Neill Regional Park on Wednesday after a man claimed he was sexually assaulted by Dick, first reported by TMZ. Authorities questioned Dick before taking him away in handcuffs.
Dick, 56, was charged with suspected sexual assault shortly after 9 a.m., according to NBC Los Angeles.

Dick has reportedly been living at the campsite with live streamers for some time, according to TMZ.
Orange County Attorney's Office spokeswoman Kimberly Edds told NBC News prosecutors had not received the case by Wednesday and had not made a ruling on charges.
Dick's arrest is the latest in a string of legal troubles for the ailing comedian. In November, Dick was arrested on domestic battery charges after allegedly hitting his friend in the head with a liquor bottle, previously reported.
Dick was also accused of groping his ride-sharing driver's genitals in West Hollywood in 2018. The case is still pending and Dick has pleaded not guilty.

Earlier this year, Dick was accused of eating another man's genitals at a club in New Orleans, where the victim allegedly responded by "cold shaking" the alleged attacker. Prosecutors later said Dick would not cooperate, forcing them to drop the case in 2020, according to NOLA.com.
Inquiries to the Orange County Sheriff's Office regarding Wednesday's arrest were not immediately returned to Oxygen.com.
Jail records show Dick is being held at the Orange County Central Men's Jail on $25,000 bail.
