The influencer announced her engagement to Israeli artist Moses Hacmon in an Instagram post on her alternative account trishapaytasbackup on Friday. Paytas' main account was deactivated earlier this week. This could be due to the fact that she advertised her OnlyFans content on her account.
"WE ARE ENGAGED !!!!!!!!? I'm a woman, the woman, the future wife @moses_hacmon? Merry Christmas? We did it?" She wrote.
The engagement follows a tumultuous and complicated relationship between Paytas and YouTuber couple H3H3 - Ethan and Hila Klein. Paytas began seeing Hacmon, Klein's brother-in-law, during a "Bachelorette" -style show the couple created to help Paytas find love.
In response to a tweet that Paytas posted on Hacmon in March, Klein responded with a vomiting emoji: "Stop it now."
Paytas is a controversial figure who is popular for her participation in internet dramas and controversy. The 32-year-old previously claimed to have a dissociative identity disorder, sometimes known as multiple personality disorder. She came to YouTube in 2007 and has over 5 million subscribers on her various channels.
In addition to YouTube, Paytas has a significant presence on Twitter and TikTok, and is the developer of OnlyFans, a subscription-based platform often used by sex workers to sell erotic content.
