Experts have cut the potential cost of Ariana Grande's Dalton Gomez diamonds and damn it.
Fans think there might be a super cute family connection to the pearl in their engagement ring.
Ariana Grande is engaged and hello, hello, we need to talk about her ring. As you've probably noticed, because Ariana's boyfriend Dalton Gomez literally saw her Instagram announcement on the internet, she gifted her with a really solid oval diamond next to a single pearl.
If .0001% off chance you missed it, you're good to go:
So ... what do we know about this ring? Experts already say: Luxury jewelry retailer Denis Stepansky told Entertainment Tonight: "According to the picture, the oval diamond is about 5 carats. Such a ring with a high-quality 5-carat oval diamond is worth about 200,000 to 250,000 US dollars."
Meanwhile, ET notes that fans believe that the pearl in Ari's ring could be the same one she got from her grandmother (which was originally from her grandmother's tiepin) as they look quite similar:
Nonna had made a ring for me with the pearl from grandpa's tie pin. She says he told her in a dream that it would protect me. <3 pic.twitter.com/BkvGSfuGWh

Ari didn't confirm this, but either way I was * not * prepared for this level of feeling so early on a Monday morning.
