Denver Broncos land Aaron Rodgers in this crazy hypothetical trade with Green Bay Packers

Broncos land Rodgers in a crazy hypothetical deal with Packers that originally appeared on NBC Sports Chicago
In the NFL, if a team wants to add Aaron Rodgers to their list, they may have to give up a lot.
Albert Breer spoke to NFL executives to find out the cost of acquiring the Green Bay Packers MVP quarterback. According to reports, the Denver Broncos would have to give up three picks for the first round in 2022, 2023 and 2024. a selection for the second round in 2022; and three top notch players to have a chance.
Is that too much for the Broncos' new GM, George Paton?
Denver moved NC State's Bradley Chubb to fifth overall in 2018, and he's steadily grown into one of the top pass rushers on the team alongside Von Miller. Drew Lock was selected in the second round of the 2019 draft to possibly become the Broncos QB of the future. While he only played 18 games together in his first two seasons, Lock has shown that he has what it takes to lead the team in big moments. Dalton Risner was another 2019 second round pick who represents a strong force in the Broncos offensive line. Risner started all 32 games in his first two seasons in the NFL.
It will be a difficult decision for the Denver Front Office to abandon these key players and a large amount of capital drafts. But if the Broncos succeeded with Rodgers as they did with Peyton Manning from 2012 to 2015, it would be more than worth the price.
The Bears will surely benefit from not having to face Rodgers twice a year as they look to take back the NFC North crown with Justin Fields who may be the focus.
