The facade looks identical to that of a six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom French castle-inspired residence that Mansion Global reported recently set a record for being the most expensive property in Greater Charlotte, North Carolina, earlier this month it was for Sold $ 7.5 million. (The website also reports that the buyer is a Denver-based LLC and that McCaffrey is from that area.)
The opulent apartment is located on Lake Norman and extends over 11,595 square meters, excluding the guest apartment. Listing photos show that there is a curved staircase with a wrought iron railing in the front entrance, with a desperate pattern on the wall, which can also be seen in another post by Culpo starting Wednesday. From the numerous stone fireplaces to the kitchen cabinets to the molding, there is a traditional great decor. Referred to as the "Grand Lac Chateau" in the list, the home sits on 8.63 acres and features amenities like a wine cellar, massive two-story closet in the master bedroom, and an infinity pool.

Although she doesn't technically own the apartment with McCaffrey, it appears from Culpo's posts that she feels at home and enjoys the surroundings too. Her most recent post not only poses outside and on the stairs, but also shows how she decorates the front stairs with a variety of pumpkins, gourd, and fall-proof burgundy daisies. as well as taking your dog on a trip to the local destination.
