Draymond Green rips Kendrick Perkins after Warriors advance to West finals

Draymond enrages Perk after Dubs advances; Perk originally responds to NBC Sports Bayarea
Sometimes Draymond Green just needs a spark to get it going.
Before the Warriors' 110-96 series win over the Memphis Grizzlies at the Chase Center on Friday night, unbeknownst to everyone else, that spark was ignited by none other than ESPN NBA analyst Kendrick Perkins.
After the Warriors eliminated the Grizzlies and advanced to their sixth Western Conference Finals in eight years, Green went for Perkins.

"Something came on my phone earlier," Green told reporters. "A guy who says I'm scared to shoot the basketball. Fear and I in the same sentence are brutal. But you have a big ogre on TV talking about what Draymond says is not the gospel. It's the gospel. What I'm saying is the gospel. If you say that multiple times in different segments, you have to think what I'm saying is the gospel. So sometimes you gotta come out and shut up some guys. If you get people talking like hell, 'Anyone can make the pass Draymond makes.' That's just stupid.
“But these are people who are hired to talk about our game on TV. 'Anyone could do it.' You make this pass. We would like to see him. By the way, I played against the guy. I'm talking about Kendrick Perkins for those of you who don't know. I never hide from smoke. As it says on the Memphis Grizzlies' towels, "I don't duck under smoke." "Anybody could do it." You couldn't, so good luck. Sometimes you just had to come out and shut people up. It was a lot of fun."
Shortly after Green's comments were leaked to the public via Twitter, Perkins posted a video response:
How did it all start? During Friday morning's episode of "First Take," Perkins said the following about Green:
"Actually, can anyone tell Draymond Green that it's okay to look at the basket and actually shoot?" Perkins said to hosts Stephen A. Smith and Molly Qerim. "I mean because he's scared. I mean, I'm sitting up here and I see all the turnovers. He doesn't even look at the basket."
“He's afraid to take the shot now. So some of these assists that he gives to Steph Curry, Jordan Poole and Klay Thompson, I could go out there and get those same assists. They are wide open. Is nothing but a passport. So don't let Draymond Green sit up here and fool you like whatever comes out of his mouth is the gospel."
