What are Prime Video Channels?
Prime Video Channels are monthly subscriptions that are add-ons to an Amazon Prime membership. It's essentially an a la carte streaming service that comes with Prime Video. Just choose what you want and it will be added to your account. For an additional monthly fee, you get access to films and TV shows from other premium networks and streaming channels - without a cable subscription and everything in your Prime Video account. No more switching between apps!
In addition, some channel subscriptions offer the "Watch Live" feature so that you can stream live on smartphones, tablets, laptops and devices such as the Fire TV Stick while watching a live TV broadcast. A list of supported devices can be found here.
How many channels are there on Prime Video?
There are 150+ streaming channels on Prime Video including HBO, Starz, Shudder, Showtime, CBS All Access, Cinemax, and more. Check out all the channels here. There is even a TV program guide to help you decide what to watch!
