Elizabeth Hurley Flashes Her Toned Abs In A New Topless Bikini Instagram
Elizabeth Hurley, 56, just posted a new topless bikini photo on Instagram and her abs look amazing.
The actress looks super fit and wears an open cover-up and striped bikini bottoms.
She relies on found fitness and drinking plenty of water throughout the day to keep in shape.
Elizabeth Hurley, 56, doesn't need a beach to look great in a bikini. The actress posts all kinds of summer swimsuit pictures on her Instagram, all from her own garden. Now she's showing off her washboard abs in a brand new topless bikini post.
"Having my own stay ... in my own home," she captioned the photo. She looks seriously modeled. At 56, Liz has never looked better or stronger.
Fans basically fell for themselves in the comments. "Fabulous," wrote one user. “Like good wine, it only gets better with age,” said someone else - and it's really hard to argue against it!
How does Liz stay in such amazing shape? For one thing, their health "secret" is actually pretty simple: "Taking more time to exercise, eat nutritious foods, and make time for relaxing activities."
As for her training, Liz isn't that good at going to the gym. "I do a lot of sports but it really is the gardening," she told Extra. "Felling a hedge, cutting down a tree with my chainsaw, logging, everything I do. So I'm very active."
All of the gardening comes in handy when Liz is thinking about her diet too. “I like simple, natural and light food. I don't really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives, ”she told The Cut. "All summer we eat fruit and vegetables from my own garden. I used to have a small organic farm and my son only ate meat from the farm. That is of course not possible for most people, but to support the local farmers, wherever you live is a good thing. "
Liz is also big on hydration. Every morning she starts her day with two cups of warm water. "It tastes pretty gross," she told Daily Mail UK. "But it's fantastic for your digestive system." She also carries a water bottle everywhere to help her remember to stay hydrated.
Liz firmly believes in approaching her health from the inside out. After a few days at VIVAMAYR, a spa in Austria, she noticed some big improvements: "VIVAMAYR taught me to relax. I learned to sit still, put my cell phone away and enjoy my food." She says. "My digestion has improved since following this advice."
Hence their timeless glow!
