Elizabeth Hurley Just Posted a Video of Her and a Friend Dancing in Bikinis to the Spice Girls

Elizabeth Hurley, 56, hugs her best summer self. The actress has been very active on her Instagram lately, posting tons of pictures of her super-powerful beach body.
In her latest post, Elizabeth dances to the Spice Girls with a friend in a sunny yellow string bikini ($ 168 here if you're curious!). She looks seriously toned from head to toe. At 56, Elizabeth is basically aging backwards - and this bikini moment is just another piece of evidence.
Fans in the comments definitely agreed: "???", wrote one user. "DANG. Body goals," commented someone else and the same thing.
How does Elizabeth stay so fit anyway? Well, she told Extra that the number of reps doesn't matter: "I don't work out per se, but I'm very active," she said. "I do a lot of sport, but it really is the gardening ... chopping down a hedge, cutting a tree with my chainsaw, logging, everything I do." (You heard her. Log.)
In other fitness news found, Elizabeth trains whenever she can all day. She previously told Women's Health that she enjoys doing squats while brushing her teeth and taking her dog for 30-minute walks that are "fast enough to get my heart rate up."
She also eats a super healthy diet made with homemade products. "We eat fruits and vegetables from my own garden all summer. I used to have a small organic farm and all the meat my son ate came from the farm," Elizabeth told The Cut. "Of course, this isn't possible for most people, but it's a good thing to support local farmers wherever you live."
Your biggest fitness tip is to drink plenty of water. Every morning Elizabeth drinks two cups of warm water as soon as she wakes up. "It tastes pretty gross," she told Daily Mail UK. "But it's fantastic for your digestive system." She also keeps a water bottle close by throughout the day as a reminder to drink.
Gym or no gym, Elizabeth's workout routine clearly works. Brb, up to do a few squats.
