‘Elon’s mom has got it going on:’ See Maye Musk, 74, rock a bathing suit for SI: Swim

She is a model mom.
Not really.
Elon's beautiful mother Maye by Musk appears on one of the covers of Sports Illustrated's 2022 swimsuit issue.
She is 74 years young.
On Instagram, SI: Swim posted various pictures of the South African beauty, who is a nutritionist by trade.
One particularly flattering picture of her in a purple keyhole one-piece caption reads, "Elon's mom packs a punch," a nod to the classic Fountains of Wayne song "Stacy's Mom," about a teenage boy with a Mrs. Robinson crush type.
"Being a swimsuit model for Sports Illustrated, folks, would have locked me up as a crazy woman," Musk told the magazine. "I'm really happy that they decided that older women can wear swimsuits and look great too. I think it's really going to change how women feel when they go out in their bathing suits."
Maye was in town to walk the carpet at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood on Friday night, which was hosting a weekend-long event celebrating the glossy release.
Also present were top models such as Camille Kostek, Brooks Nader and Kate Bock.
Like her 50-year-old billionaire son, Musk has an entrepreneurial spirit: the native Canadian was both a model and later a model coach.
"I'm delighted that Sports Illustrated decided that a 74-year-old should be on their cover," she laughs in an Instagram video promoting the issue, which is now on stands. "Because you can't invent it!"
Maye is also mother to son Kimbal, 49, and daughter Tosca, 47, who wrote a tribute to the magazine calling her "an irrepressible force" and "the most fearless woman I've ever known."
Elon's father (and her ex-husband) is Errol Musk, a South African electrical engineer.
