Eva Marcille Is Leaving The Real Housewives of Atlanta : 'I Believe My Time Is Up'
Eva Marcille says goodbye to the Real Housewives of Atlanta.
After three seasons on the show, Marcille announced her exit on Tuesday morning on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show.
"I appreciate the friendship I've made with my Castmates and the strong personal relationships I have with numerous Bravo executives and producers," she said in a statement. "I am grateful for the opportunity that was offered to me. However, after speaking to my family and representatives, I believe that what I want to achieve for the culture and the community can be better achieved by focusing on other opportunities . "
"I look forward to serving the community on the Ricky Smiley Morning Show and finding other ways to be a voice for people with color during this transition period in our country," she continued.

Bravo did not immediately return PEOPLE's request for comment.
Marcille joined the hit franchise in 2017 as "Housewives' Friend", but quickly proved to be the main actress and was promoted to full-time housewife until season 11.
"I enjoyed the time I spent with housewives. I cried, I laughed, I obviously fought," she said. "Most importantly, I made some great friendships with some beautiful women."
Marcille said she plans to focus on her three children: daughter Marley Rae (6) (with ex-Kevin McCall) and sons Michael Todd (1) and Maverick (8 months) (with husband Michael Sterling).
"I think my time is up. I have a 6 year old daughter and two boys who are still wearing diapers. They are 24 hours a day and there is a lot to do. I decided to spend my time and energy. I concentrate me on my children and my community, "she said. "And not so much reality show business."

In addition to family and work on the morning show, Marcille also has a CBD oil company and bed line.
Marcille also said she had no hard feelings about her former Castmates and only wished them all the best.
"I love every single one of these black women. They are all queens to themselves, "she said." They are stars and I wish them the most successful season and transformation season 13 the Real Housewives of Atlanta has ever seen. "
Before joining RHOA, Marcille became famous in 2004 for winning the third cycle of America's Next Top Model before pursuing an acting career with Tyra Hamilton at The Young and the Restless from 2008 to 2009.
