Fantasy Football Week 8 Bold Predictions: Le'Veon Bell gets his revenge game vs. Jets

Every week our Yahoo Fantasy Football Crew will publish their boldest predictions for the action ahead. It's time to get brave for week 8!
Le'Veon Bell gets revenge game against Jets
Scott Pianowski: I don't know if this is a fun or bolder prediction, but let's have fun - Le'Veon Bell scores this week. Multiple times. Bell made the biggest jump you can make, jumping from what may be the worst team in the league to what may be the best. Escape from Adam Gase is one of the clearest avenues to NFL relevance. Admit it, you noticed Bell's snappy runs last week. Andy Reid is a player-coach, and hell, the Chiefs need a plan on the goal line anyway. Narrative Street will pay off in week 8.

Henry Ruggs uses the limited possibilities
Matt Harmon: Henry Ruggs will walk 100 meters in week 8. The Raiders Rookie is an absurdly thin game. His target totals for the year are five, three, three, and three. That's not the kind of volume you want. Still, he sees enough playing time to warrant a dart throw. Ruggs drives 24.3 distances per game, followed by Nelson Agholor as second on the team behind Darren Waller. Although he doesn't achieve many goals, he monopolizes the deep looks with a crazy 20 meters of air per target mark. Cleveland struggles to defend the pass all over the field but can be stabbed deep. They allow the second most touchdowns and the sixth highest passes with at least 15 airfields.

Richard Rodgers will fight cowboys
Liz Loza: Richard Rodgers releases a second top 10 fantasy performance in a row. Kind of like a chicken and egg situation, it's clear that Philly wants the tight ending position heavily involved and that Carson Wentz really enjoys throwing to his TE. In Week 6, when Zach Ertz injured his ankle, Rodgers Snap percentage rose nearly 30 percent. The following week, when Ertz was officially out, Rodgers recorded his highest snap percentage of the season (85%) while drawing eight looks at the same time (second behind Travis Fulghams 11). The former packer led the Eagles, who received corps at 85 yards at six receptions. With Ertz and Dallas Goedert both expected to miss Sunday's game, Rodgers faces another healthy workload. He faces a cowboys defense disaster that put Logan Thomas in the end zone last week.
Brandon Aiyuk will be WR1 in week 8
Dalton Del Don: Brandon Aiyuk finished fifth in WOPR last week and should be even more injured per game on Sunday with Deebo Samuel (and the team's top 4 second half of the season). The Seahawks also have funnel defenses that are tough on the barrel but ranked 30th against the pass in DVOA and have given most receivers the most Fantasy points this season. Aiyuk impressed during his rookie campaign and he should get a big chance on Sunday so he's a top 12 WR on my board in week 8.
Hawks continue to be a fantasy gift that they keep giving
Andy Behrens: Right, good people: I was asked to contribute to this feature AGAIN, despite the fact that I kept making disastrously bad predictions in 2020. At this point, I have to assume that I'm only here to make Dalton Del don't look good. Anyway, here goes ...
Teddy Bridgewater is in the process of producing his first 3-TD pass performance of the season. The defense of Atlanta was an absolute gift for opposing passers-by. Four quarterbacks have already made it against them and they haven't kept a team below 300 yards. Start Teddy with complete confidence. (Or with the confidence you can manage, considering the source of that particular prediction.)
