Florida man allegedly pulls a gun on Starbucks employee over botched order, but not on just any employee

He just wanted some cream cheese for the bagel.
But when a Florida man allegedly drew a gun on a Starbucks drive through, furious about a botched order, Miami Gardens authorities inadvertently waved the gun at the local police chief's daughter who worked at the counter.
Chief Delma Noel-Pratt told local media that her 23-year-old daughter received verbal and physical threats before she handed the driver his cream cheese and he drove away.
"She was afraid for her life," said Noel-Pratt. "It was annoying for me to know that someone would go so extreme if they didn't have cream cheese on their bagel."
Separately, she told Local 10 News that the incident near her home occurred just hours before she made remarks at a previously scheduled anti-gun violence rally.

"Forget the badge, forget the title, this is my kid," she told the Miami-based broadcaster. "And I thought about it, will I see her again? Is she okay? Of course she was upset, she was crying, so I had to switch to mom mode."
Police arrested 38-year-old Omar Wright Thursday in connection with the aggravated assault and armed robbery incident. He was held on a $ 10,000 bond.
He allegedly returned to the passage and yelled at the chief's daughter, claiming his cream cheese was missing. When she asked if he paid for it, the police said he pulled the gun.
When he first appeared in court on Friday, he said he didn't think the robbery charge was warranted - although it remains unclear whether or not he paid for the creamy spread.

Noel-Pratt's daughter told investigators that while Wright did not point the gun at her, she still feared for her life.
He claimed he packed it because it fell out of his pocket and, according to a police report, denied threatening the employees.
