A Florida woman was arrested after she was accused of breaking into a retiree's garden and swimming naked in his pool.
An official said in the arrest report that the Charlotte County man described coming home from a doctor's appointment and spotting clothing near his pool.
Then he saw a naked woman in the pool, the officer said. She was later identified as Heather Kennedy, 42.
The woman was still in the pool when the officer arrived, the arrest report said.
It said that she would neither identify nor say why she was there and initially refused to leave the pool.
She tried to resist the handcuffing but was eventually handcuffed and taken to prison, the arrest report said. Police have found out who she was based on photos from previous prison bookings, local broadcaster NBC2 News reported.
Kennedy was charged with trespassing and resisting a non-violence officer.
