Fox News' Sean Hannity & Ainsley Earhardt Have Been Dating 'Very Secretively for Years': Source
Fox News moderators Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt have been quietly "together for years", a source in their circle told PEOPLE.
The news of their relationship, which Vanity Fair first reported on Thursday, was rejected by both.
"At the moment I am concentrating on raising my daughter and I am not with anyone," said Earhardt, a co-moderator from Fox & Friends, via a network spokesman. "As everyone at Fox News will tell you, Sean is a wonderful person, and whoever he chooses so far will be very lucky."
In his own statement by a spokesman, Hannity said: "I don't discuss my personal life in public."
However, the source, familiar with the situation, says that the two have "seen each other very secretly for years".
"He is very private because he is very famous and very controversial," says the source, "but it was an open secret that they saw each other."
Earhardt recorded in Hannity's home studio on Long Island, New York, and rents a house nearby.
"They're together all the time, but privately ... for years," says the source, "not just months."

The source says Earhardt and Hannity were seen together "flirting outside of business hours" and "getting cozy in the background" in a New York bar near Fox News Studios.
"And he took her on vacation with his helicopter many times," the source says.
According to Vanity Fair, Earhardt drove Hannity's helicopter to the wedding of another Fox News host, Pete Hegseth, last August.
Last week Hannity and his ex-wife Jill Rhodes confirmed that they had tacitly divorced more than a year ago and split up years ago. They were together for more than 20 years.
In a joint statement to PEOPLE on June 3, the former couple said: "Sean and Jill are determined to work together in the best interests of their children. Over four years ago, Sean and Jill made mutually agreed relationships as parents to their children."
"Neither will receive further comments and ask for their children's sake to respect their privacy," the statement concluded.
Hannity and the former journalist Rhodes (57) share two children: son Sean Patrick (21) and daughter Merri Kelly (18).

"We focus on moving forward and raising our daughter. We honestly wish for nothing but the best and will remain friends for the rest of our lives because we share this precious, beautiful daughter. She is our top priority," said Earhardt who became pregnant with Hayden three months after a miscarriage. "She is the light of my life."
Earhardt added that she and her ex-husband “are parents together and make it wonderful. [Hayden] loves her mother and father, and we both love her. "
The television presenter also spoke to PEOPLE about the challenges of being a single mother, and her thoughts on marriage and other children if she got to know a new partner.
“I would love to find love again and one day I want to show a loving relationship for Hayden. But I'm not sure when that will be, ”she said at the time. "I know that God will bring the right man into my life if that is his will, and he will do it in his time."
