Get Ready! 'It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown' Is Expected to Air Twice This Month

From good housekeeping
The spooky season doesn't start until you hang out with your favorite Peanuts characters. It's the big pumpkin, Charlie Brown, which aired back in 1966 and has become a Halloween classic that the whole family can enjoy together. While this year's Halloween is certainly different from most of the others, some traditions, like watching Charlie and friends as a group of misshapen, holey ghosts, hold true.
When will the Charlie Brown Halloween Special Air be in 2020?
ABC hasn't released the official air dates and times yet, but if it's something like last year they'll be airing two shows the week before Halloween. In 2019, Charlie Brown aired on October 22nd and 29th - the first is a 30-minute version and the second is a full-length special. The second performance was followed by Charlie Brown, you are not chosen, which is more appropriate than ever this year.
Even if you can't claim the TV in time, you can live stream both specials on ABC.com or the ABC app by signing up with your TV provider. The same goes for YouTube TV or Hulu + Live TV. You can also try a free seven-day trial of Hulu + Live TV so that you can stream both shows without paying a dime.

Is the Charlie Brown Halloween Special on Netflix or other streaming platforms?
While Netflix and Hulu have tons of Halloween movies to choose from, you'll have to go elsewhere to see it. It's the big pumpkin, Charlie Brown. However, the options are limited: Currently, the Charlie Brown Halloween Special cannot be streamed on Amazon Prime Video or Vudu as in previous years. If you think your kids are just as obsessed with the Peanuts characters as you are, get the DVD on Amazon so your family can watch them throughout the Halloween season and beyond.
