Deezen, best known for playing Eugene Felsnic in the original "Grease" films, was accused of "causing a scene" at the nameless restaurant Thursday, according to the outlet.
TMZ cited a police report that said Deezen, 64, was apparently also hiding behind a woman in an alcove and refusing to give orders to leave the restaurant.
According to TMZ, he threw several items at officers - including plates, bowls and food. Eventually Deezen was forcibly removed from the restaurant and jailed, the outlet added.
Maryland State Police did not immediately respond to Insider's request for comment.
He was charged with second degree assault, misconduct and trespassing, TMZ reported.
Earlier this year, the actress was accused of molesting a waitress about her appearance, according to TMZ.
Following the allegation, Deezen claimed on social media that he was bullied online by her. His attorney later reportedly told the outlet that Deezen felt terrible that the waitress was offended by his comments.
