GREEN BAY, Wisconsin -- Rookie offensive lineman Sean Rhyan will miss the remainder of his rookie season after violating the NFL policy against performance-enhancing substances, the NFL announced Friday.
Rhyan will be suspended for six games without pay for the violation. The third-round pick this spring was mostly a healthy scratch as a rookie. He wasn't a single snap on the field and has only one special teams rep in 11 games.
The Green Bay Packers declined to issue a statement about the suspension, citing the confidentiality of the process.
The team goes into Sunday night's game with the Philadelphia Eagles with a roster that seems to be getting healthier. Every player in the Packers roster trained Friday except for rookie receiver Romeo Doubs, who was rehabilitating his sprained ankle on the sidelines. Doubs was listed in Friday's injury report.
Green Bay Packers offensive tackle Sean Rhyan has been suspended for six games.

Inside linebacker De'Vondre Campbell returned to training for the first time since suffering a knee injury in Buffalo a month ago. Campbell was a limited entrant and ruled doubtful for Sunday night, but it's a step in the right direction for the 2021 All-Pro.
Left tackle David Bakhtiari (knee) and cornerback Shemar Jean-Charles (ankle) were listed as questionable.
Tight end Robert Tonyan returned after missing the team's Thanksgiving practice with an illness that swept through the Packers locker room. No new players were missing due to illness, suggesting the spread may be over.
"I think the guys are working on it," said Packers coach Matt LaFleur. "It seems like every day someone else shows up who gets sick, but we've had people in and out of the building all week."
The Packers announced Friday that running back Patrick Taylor has returned to the practice squad. Taylor was placed on the active roster by the practice team ahead of last week's game against the Tennessee Titans but was released on Wednesday. The Packers fired tight end Josh Babicz from the practice team to make room for Taylor.
