Gunman kills one before being stoned to death
A gunman in Fort Worth, Texas opened fire on a group of people and killed one person before he was stoned.
Shortly before 1 a.m. on Monday morning, a man opened fire on a crowd in the Fort Worth neighborhood of Como, according to Fox 4. The shooter killed one person and left two people in critical condition, a third suffered serious injuries from shots to the star telegram.

Shortly afterwards, the shooter is said to have been killed when the crowd defended themselves with garden stones. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
“An altercation broke out during a party at this location in which two people died, one victim was in critical condition, and the injuries to two victims were not life threatening. Homicide investigators have been notified, "a Fort Worth police spokesman told the Washington Examiner in a statement.

The police have not disclosed the events leading up to the shooting, nor have they identified the people who were involved in the fatal confrontation. Authorities said the individuals involved knew each other and that some type of disturbance had triggered the attack.
