Five years later, at press time, the $ 1,000 would be worth $ 709,740.70. The returns might not be as impressive as they were in 2018, but it's still a whopping 70,974% gain.
Even for the earliest ETH investors, the cryptocurrency sparked a bonanza that returns 21,971.12%. The earliest known price for ETH is $ 2.77 and was registered on August 7, 2015.
