Here's What Sarah Michelle Gellar's Kids Think About Buffy The Vampire Slayer
The vampire butcher is now a total mother.
During a drive-IN interview on the Kelly Clarkson Show on October 8, Kelly Clarkson and guest Sarah Michelle Gellar stopped next to each other in old school cars and chatted about their lives in quarantine.
The actress spoke of showing her kids - 11-year-old Charlotte Grace Prinze and 8-year-old Rocky James Prinze - the 1997 classic series Buffy The Vampire Slayer, which featured Sarah Michelle as a teenager, the Vampire and other mystical creatures killed.
"We were trying to find shows we were excited about and I said 'Okay'. I didn't even know if they were interested, but they are so excited," Sarah told Kelly. "Unless I'm the biggest disappointment in the world for them because they keep asking questions and I'll say, 'I don't remember. I have to text someone and ask.' They think they know better than I do. "
And while her memory is lacking, her evil character has won over her children. The 43-year-old, married to Freddie Prinze Jr., the heartbreaker of the 90s, said, "My son thinks I'm cool now."

Later in her conversation with Kelly, the Cruel Intensions alum also spoke about the difficulties her kids are facing in the virtual school amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
"It was a really interesting time for me because I didn't do that much schooling with my kids and when we started the socially distant Zoom school I noticed my son was blinking a ton," she explained. "And it turns out that as these kids sit on these devices and look at them all the time, they become more and more myopic, which is basically just myopia." She said she wanted to get the information out there because a lot of parents don't know about it.
In the midst of quarantine with her family, Sarah Michelle decided to have some fun with her kids. As fans may know, the actress made her pink hair debut in April. "Well, because we're still in quarantine, I had to think of a new and creative way to embarrass my kids," the actress said in a video posted on social media. "Quaran color."
