How Dalton Gomez Helped Design Ariana Grande’s "Tasteful" Diamond Wedding Band
Ariana Grande really said "thank you, besides" to being single.
The Grammy winner married her five-month-old fiancé Dalton Gomez in a secret ceremony over the weekend in her backyard in Montecito, California.
Last December, Dalton proposed a unique and asymmetrical engagement ring that was only suitable for the artist "7 Rings". It featured a striking oval diamond and her pearl birthstone designed by jeweler Jack Solow.
For the big day, Dalton reached out to Solow & Co again for a custom wedding ring to complement their mermaid-style jewelry. The jeweler confirms exclusively to E! News that they have created a handmade diamond and platinum bracelet for Ariana.
"They worked on it with Dalton," shares a spokesman with the groom, sharing the intimate process of making the perfect piece.
"It's a beautiful, tasteful platinum and diamond plaster band," the spokesman continues. "Dalton was very happy with it."
It seems that the real estate mogul was just as involved in choosing the band as he was with the brave engagement ring. Five or six weeks before the proposal, he went to Jack to give Ari the stone of her dreams.
Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez's romance
"Dalton was involved in every step of the selection process through FaceTime and Zoom since he was on the West Coast and I was here in my New York office," Jack told E! News in December. "He was very, very specific about what he wanted."
The expert noted, "He had very strong feelings about what this should look like, a contemporary way. It was his idea to make the diamond at an angle and he told me we had to put a pearl in the finished piece."

According to Jack, Dalton emphasized that pearls are "very sentimental, special" to Ariana.
The 25-year-old Dalton presented his 27-year-old bride with the matching adhesive tape over the weekend. The couple got married in front of a small group of family members and friends surrounded by hundreds of white flowers in their back yard to create a springtime feel.
"They decided to get married last weekend because their dates were getting better and they didn't want to wait," a source close to Ari told E! News. "Both agreed that there was no point in waiting."
The insider said they wanted to keep the wedding private and relatively low-key, despite its celebrity status. "It was beautiful, but not over the top," the source said, adding, "Ari wanted it to be simple and tasteful. They just cared about having a family there and being able to enjoy that special moment together."
The couple announced that they were together in May 2020. When they got engaged, Ari posted a close look at her pearl and diamond ring and labeled her romantic slideshow "forever and then some".
We're on the edge of our seats now, waiting for her to reveal pictures of her special day - and sentimental wedding rings.
