The first game of Gordon Hayward's career after the Boston Celtics is in the books.
Hayward made his Charlotte Hornets debut against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night and played pretty well. The Ex-C striker finished with 28 points, seven assists and four rebounds in 36 minutes.
It wasn't enough when Charlotte lost her season opener 121-114.

As impressive as Hayward looked, it was another former Celtic who lit up the boxing score for the Hornets. Terry Rozier exploded for 42 points in defeat.
