For decades, the reality stars have been hosting extravagant parties for their friends and families. That year, the family's usual plans sparked backlash.
After Khloe Kardashian hinted that they still plan to host the event amid the coronavirus pandemic, many fans were outraged that they would consider holding the party. The reality stars finally canceled the celebrations in early December.
Instead of the party, which reportedly cost an estimated $ 440,000 in 2019 and an estimated $ 1.3 million in 2018, Kourtney Kardashian said she has "only the family that comes to her house on Christmas Eve".
Despite the smaller guest list, the Kardashian-Jenners still dressed for the outing. Read on to see how they celebrated Christmas this year.
Kourtney Kardashian hosted the family for the second year in a row
Last year, Kourtney went above and beyond when he hosted the annual party. She had an upturned Christmas tree hanging from the ceiling, carols that serenaded guests, and a man who sat as an elf on the shelf in the sleigh.
Instead, this year she invited "just her family" and adorned her front door with inflatable snowmen and Santa Claus statues.
Kourtney also shared photos of the milk and cookies she left for Santa on her Instagram story.

She wrote: "Happy Christmas Eve !!!! Moments with my truth !! The cutest !! Gingerbread house creations and eat lots of sweets!"
It's likely that Khloe was in the Boston area to visit Tristan Thompson, True's father who recently joined the Boston Celtics.
