Indiana man called 911 over and over to say he was ‘tired’

Dispatch was fed up with dealing with him.
An Indiana man who kept calling 911 to say he was "tired" will now be spending two months in the county jail, according to court records The Smoking Gun received on Friday.
Daniel Schroeder, 61, was arrested on Tuesday evening in connection with the four calls he made that evening, "with the statement that he was tired," according to the police report received at the point of sale.
Schroeder made the calls the day after he pleaded guilty to early abuse of the emergency system by admitting calling 911 to express his displeasure with a relative who "did not obey his rules," reports the Point of sale.
He was ordered to spend six months in prison for the offense - a sentence that was suspended as long as he "doesn't call 911 unless it's an emergency," according to The Smoking Gun.
He pleaded guilty on Wednesday to breaking this rule and was sentenced to 60 days behind bars on charges of offense, while running at the same time as the changed sentence in the first case of 60 days in prison, according to the outlet.
Although he doesn't seem to know much about the reason for the 911, Schröder is no stranger to the law this year either.
Schroeder was charged with possession in May, left the scene of the accident and operated a drunk vehicle after allegedly driving through a cemetery while drunk - almost three times the legal limit - only to damage at least four gravestones, WEHT reported back then .
