"Friday! Get wet !? ”, she captioned the post, and the fans basically fell upon themselves in the comments. One fan wrote, "???" while another added, "Belly on fire? ???". "Beautiful !?" someone else commented, and that's a breeze.
But how does January make this body look so strong?
Turns out January is a huge fan of Pilates. “I wanted to do something for my posture and core strength,” she told Shape. "I started taking barre classes two or three years ago, and after that I took regular private Pilates classes."
“Then a friend told me about Lagree Pilates,” she continued. "I've been doing it two to four times a week for the past year now and I've put on weight because I've built muscle. I've gained one size of clothes, but I feel like I look better naked."
January knows Lagree Pilates is strenuous, but she says it is totally worth the effort. She's not a fan of training alone, however: "We are 10 in the class and I like having women on both sides of me pushing me," she said.
"When I took private Pilates classes a few years ago, I saw that I was just getting lazy because there wasn't that competitive urge," she added. "That's my motivation. If someone is strong next to me, I definitely want to improve my game. I'm looking forward to it more than I've ever looked forward to training."
As for her diet, January knows when to give in to her cravings. “I'm not withdrawing from anything. If I want something - steak, a bagel - I'll eat it, ”she told Shape. Your breakfast usually consists of celery juice and a banana, and lunch can be a soup, sandwich, or salad.
Dinner is when January gets really creative. “I love to cook for my son and myself. For dinner we like salmon with french fries and we often make pasta. We try to have a lot of green vegetables, ”she said.
Sometimes it's best to keep it simple. (Brb, registration for Pilates RN.)
