Jay Cutler praises ex Kristin Cavallari on new cookbook, brags that he got his copy 'for free'

Kristin Cavallari's soon-to-be ex-husband Jay Cutler shows his support for her new book.
The former NFL quarterback gave K-Cav and her cookbook True Comfort a shot on his Instagram stories - just like it was on the New York Times bestseller list.

"I got mine for free, but it's worth the price," wrote Cutler along with a photo of the book. "Well done @KristinCavallari."

In the meantime, the Very Cavallari alum celebrates the book's success.
"I just got a call that I was number three on the New York Times bestseller list," she said on her own Instagram stories. "Woooo! Thank you guys. I am so happy that you loved True Comfort. It's my favorite book I've made so far. I couldn't do it without your support. I'm excited man I'll have a glass of wine. "
She also shared a screenshot of the list of advice, instructions, and miscellaneous with her book circled and a heart.
Cavallari spent much of her book promotion tour talking about her divorce from Cutler. The celebrity couple announced their split in April, and while it was bitter, they later made it nice - and even celebrated Father's Day with their three children.
"We tried very, very hard for years," she said of the marriage, adding that the divorce was "the hardest decision I've ever made."
Now that they have set up their own households and are evolving, she is very relieved.
"A year ago I felt like I was drowning," she admitted. "That doesn't mean I don't have really tough days, but for the past few years I've put everyone else first. I'm going to focus on myself for a minute, look inward and find out what I ultimately want out of life . "
While Cavalllari moves on in her personal life, she retires professionally - for what promises to be a fun reunion with her Laguna Beach co-stars. Her ex, Stephen Colletti, announced the gang is getting back together on social media in collaboration with #GoodToVote and HeadCount. They only needed 500 people to register, vote (or check registration status) and they topped that with 9,000.
The reunion - with the original crew from season one - will take place later this month, bringing Cavallari and her opponent Lauren Conrad together.
