Jazz’s Donovan Mitchell reacts to James Wiseman’s performance in first half vs. Bucks on Christmas Day
During the 39-point loss of the Golden State Warriors to the Milwaukee Bucks on Christmas Day, James Wiseman was a single ray of hope for the second game in a row.
After scoring 19 points in his professional debut on Tuesday against the Brooklyn Nets, the number 2 impressed again against the Bucks in 2020.
The league begins to draw attention with exciting accomplishments on Wiseman's résumé. After the Memphis product scored 14 points in 12 minutes on 4-of-5 shooting from the field with two triples, four rebounds, and two blocks, Donovan Mitchell took note.
Midway through Christmas Day between the Warriors and Bucks, the Utah Jazz All-Star Guardian shared a tweet calling Wiseman "tough".

Wiseman finished the game with 18 points in 5-of-11 shooting from the field with eight rebounds and three blocks in 25 minutes. For the second time in a row, the 19-year-old showed his ability to step out of the curve and score three 3-point hits in four attempts.
Mitchell doesn't have to wait long to see the talented rookie in action. The Warriors travel to Utah on January 23 at 2:00 p.m. to fight back against jazz. PST.
