Jennifer Lopez says canceled wedding made her question marrying Alex Rodriguez
Is Jennifer Lopez getting cold feet?
The 51-year-old "Hustlers" star announced that there is "definitely no rush" to marry Alex Rodriguez during an appearance on Andy Cohen's radio show on Tuesday. In fact, the star admitted that she even asked if she should walk down the aisle.
"We sure talked about it (not getting married)," Lopez Cohen replied after asking her about Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell's relationship. (The couple have been together for over 35 years and have never married.) Lopez added, "With like the Goldie thing and Kurt, you think you have to, should we?"
Lopez continued, "I mean, at our age we've both been married before. Are we getting married? Not getting married? What does that mean to us? And it just comes down to being personal, like, what are you going to do? There is but definitely don't rush. "
Lopez was previously married to the waiter Ojani Noa (1997 to 1998), the dancer Cris Judd (2001 to 2003) and the singer Marc Anthony (2004 to 2014), with whom they had the 12-year-old twins Maximilian "Max" David and Emme shares Maribel. Rodriguez was married to Cynthia Scurtis from 2002 to 2008. They have two daughters: Natasha Alexander (16) and Ella Alexander (12).

Lopez and Rodriguez got engaged in March 2019. The couple were supposed to tie the knot in Italy in June before the coronavirus pandemic broke out in mid-March.
"It was really sad because we were supposed to get married in June and had everything planned," Lopez told Cohen. "So in March or April we look down the pipe and say, 'That may not happen.' Italy is the worst place in the world. And we wanted to get married in Italy. I said, 'OK, we have to cancel everything.' "
Lopez called the shift "disappointing" but said she had faith in the "divine time".
"It only gave us a moment to stop and think about it," she added. "And I think it's something we might still care about, but there's no rush ... it will happen when it does."

In April Lopez told Ellen DeGeneres that their future wedding was "on a hold pattern like the rest of the world".
"Honestly, I really don't know what's going to happen now, in terms of dates or anything," Lopez said on April 7th on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "It's just something we have to wait for and see how it all works out in a few months."
