Jon Gruden's wife, son will be among fans at Raiders-Chiefs game in KC
Gruden's wife, son, will be among fans of the Raiders Chiefs game that originally appeared on NBC Sports Bayarea
Raiders coach Jon Gruden has a personal reason to look forward to his team playing in front of fans for the first time this season.
His wife and son will be in the crowd of 16,000 at Arrowhead Stadium to play the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.
"He's going to the University of Kansas and still can't explain to me why he's going to see me in Kansas," Gruden said with a laugh on Friday. "But he'll be out there with his mom and girlfriend, so I'm excited to see them."
The Chiefs have allowed tickets for their home games to be sold with a capacity of up to 22 percent. The Raiders have announced that no fans will be attending the Allegiant Stadium games this season, although state regulations now allow them to sell around 6,500 tickets if requested.
