Josh Allen says he’s open to extension talks with Bills at any time, even tomorrow

Bill's quarterback Josh Allen is ready to speak to the team about the expansion anytime. Damn it, he'd do it tomorrow.
On Wednesday, Allen appeared with Kyle Brandt on The Ringer's "10 Questions" podcast. The interview covered a wide range of topics on and off the field. Of course, the biggest Allen-related topic came up: His possible expansion of the team.
So far this off-season, Buffalo General Manager Brandon Beane has pointed out that an extension with the QB may not come about until later after the free agency and draft.
"Right now we're focusing on our upcoming free agents, as well as anyone we want to add, and then the draft," Beane said in early March. “In general, I've been looking at the people here that will be expanded once we've worked through the draft, what our money looks like, and how we can structure it to fit not just this year but also the years after . "
However, the 2021 event is slowly approaching the end of the month ... which means the timeframe for an Allen expansion that Beane referred to is also approaching.
But Allen himself is not very concerned about the design. That is Babe's job. Allen is now in offseason mode. Yes, he trains and exercises, but Allen doesn't have such big events on his schedule and because of this, he would be ready to speak as soon as possible.
"There are a lot of different ways you can go about it. Honestly, like I really want to play soccer ... If we can get anywhere soon, I would obviously love being locked up in Buffalo for a very long time. It's a place I call home. I love being there, I love the fan base, I love the city, it's all I want. "
"If you wanted to call and talk tomorrow, I would be ready," he added.
While Beane said the two sides could start talking this off-season, he also mentioned that nothing is guaranteed. Buffalo has Allen under contract until 2022, once his fifth year option is set in his rookie contract.
It seems that both sides are ready and willing to strike a deal sooner rather than later. Everyone would love to go down this path as well, rather than reducing it to something drastic like Franchise Tag.
Allen's answer to the idea of getting tagged in the future:
"Ew."
The 24-year-old said he even plans to get involved and have contract talks whenever they happen. He is so motivated to sign on the dotted line.
